Responsibilities

Enters orders placed by customers, answer/research customer inquiries, track orders through SAP, communicate problems/information between sales representatives, manufacturing personnel and customer
Generates deliveries and coordinate with the warehouse on shipments as large orders need to be palletized and planned accordingly
Interacts with external and internal customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
Manages the more complex territories
May solicit sale of new products

Qualification

High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required
04-06 years related experience required
Regular and predictable on-site attendance
