Responsibilities
Lead PRQ activities for new components, modules, and processes across iPad and accessory product lines
Develop and drive qualification plans, timelines, benchmarks, and risk-mitigation strategies
Coordinate build readiness and execution with OEM/CM teams and ensure alignment across Engineering, GSM, and Operations
Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment throughout product qualification and manufacturing phases
Prepare and deliver executive-level updates, highlighting status, risks, and critical decisions
Track, analyze, and report KPI metrics using dashboards and relevant program-tracking tools
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions to improve readiness and efficiency
Qualification
Required
3+ years in Operations Program Management, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Product Development, or similar technical program roles
Proven experience working in high-volume hardware manufacturing environments preferred
Strong program management and organizational skills
Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities
Experience in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and driving issues to closure
Strong executive communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively with OEMs/CMs and global engineering teams
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (required)
Preferred
Experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus
