Responsibilities
Assist with collecting and organizing operational data from property management systems, financial reports, and internal sources
Support the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and help identify performance trends
Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and dashboards used for operational reporting
Assist in preparing reports and presentations that summarize operational performance and insights
Support pitch materials and RFP responses by gathering accurate data and documentation
Help analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies or improvement opportunities
Track project timelines and support teams in meeting deadlines and deliverables
Communicate professionally with stakeholders across operations, property management, and corporate teams
Build foundational skills in data analysis, reporting, and operational performance tracking
Learn how operational decisions impact efficiency, cost management, and business outcomes
Strengthen attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
Gain exposure to operational systems, metrics, and best practices within the multifamily industry
Develop professional communication skills while working cross-functionally
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data in spreadsheets (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
Able and willing to work the required schedule for the duration of the internship
Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the past 12 months
