Responsibilities
Provide customer service support to end-users
Provide support, maintenance, and enhancement of system functionality
Collaborate with team to ensure the stability, integrity, security, and efficient operation of business systems
Provide guidance on application functionality and capabilities
Define, modify, and configure systems to meet business needs
Consult with users to identify business needs, document business requirements, and translate into technical specifications
Prepare robust technical reports and create diagrams, workflow maps, or other visuals to facilitate enhanced system understanding
Identify, evaluate, and implement new systems and solutions, or identify enhancements to existing systems; define requirements and specifications
Review delivery team output to ensure requirements are interpreted and met correctly, define, and execute test cases for testing, debug and troubleshoot, and assist with training
Lead team involved in completion of project assignments, requiring proficient knowledge of project management
Monitors overall Business System effectiveness and recommends potential improvements
Performs other job-related work as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field AND four (4) years of experience. Professional experience must be in Engineering Systems Support
OR Eight (8) year combination of education, training, and experience. Professional experience must be in Engineering Systems Support
Required to assist in maintaining 24 X 7 systems availability
A valid Driver's License is required prior to employment and must be maintained during employment in this classification
Certification, registration and/or training specific to assigned area may be required during employment in this classification
