Qualification
Required
STEM expert fluent in German
Bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM discipline
Experience in mathematics, physics, chemistry, engineering, data science, computer science, or scientific computing
Ability to challenge advanced language models on topics like thermodynamics, mechanics, calculus, statistics, materials science, electronics, algorithm design, and quantitative modeling
Experience in documenting failure modes
Ability to converse with the model on real-world STEM problem-solving scenarios and theoretical technical questions
Ability to verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
Ability to capture reproducible error traces
Ability to suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
