Responsibilities
System administrator and support for Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint which includes multicompany & multicurrency environment
Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and document business needs
Proactively identify problems and develop solutions to improve business processes and workflows to improve operational excellence
Provide training and support to end users of the system
Ability to create clear technical documentation and build detailed process flow diagrams that explain business and system workflows
Ability to conduct meetings, gather information and present status updates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent experience
3+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst
Experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint as user or admin
Excellent analytical skills, including an ability to communicate functional information to non-technical users and business processes and functional requirements to technical resources
Self starter, able to self-motivate and complete tasks with limited supervision
Customer service oriented with a passion for employee experience
Strong problem solving skills
Proficient with MS Office Suite and strong SQL knowledge
Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and oral
Preferred
Project accounting knowledge is strongly desired
Agile/Scrum sprint planning and delivery using Jira
