Responsibilities
With oversight, provides technical support for projects and client engagements
Performs data & financial analytics with oversight, working toward the ownership of monthly financial reports and initial budget underwriting for less complex clients; seeks and documents peer review on all work
Coordinates the activities of RFPs with oversight, implementations, and renewals; develop and present results comparisons for presentation to clients
Conducts benefits benchmarking research and analysis
Assists in the review of internal compliance and client disclosure requirements, summary plan documents, and employee communications to ensure alignment with client expectations, legal requirements, and documentation with clients’ vendors where appropriate
May participates in some client calls and meetings as directed by team leads and ensures documentation of call notes and follow-ups
Seeks to become current on industry trends and information, new product development, legislation, coverages, and technology
Provides excellent customer service to all clients
Promotes teamwork, support, and a positive attitude in the office and with other teammates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
Proficient with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Life and Health license in good standing, required within 90 days of hire
