Qualification
Required
Prior acquisition or operational experience with missile systems across across surface fires, air launched effects, and the air defense domains, in a variety of roles and missions
Prior experience working with foreign militaries or ministries of defense, with emphasis on current operational needs and relationships across key allies in Europe and Asia
Excellent writing, communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and customers
Ability to travel up to 50% – 75%
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
Preferred
Experience shaping and leading capture efforts in the defense industry
Prior experience working with FMS/DCS and direct international customers with a strong understanding of FMS/DCS processes, including navigating licensing and releasability
High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, and creative environment
Builder who is adaptive and who can lead new and innovative approaches to market
Comfortable with working in limited resource environments
Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
