Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for corporate, professional, and operational roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
Proactively source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen candidates through phone and virtual interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture alignment
Coordinate interviews, facilitate feedback, and guide hiring managers through selection decisions
Extend and negotiate job offers in alignment with compensation guidelines
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired and hard-to-fill roles
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate quality
Support employer branding efforts and recruitment initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
Proven success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
Strong sourcing expertise using Indeed Resume Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques
Ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers and leaders
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a team environment
Preferred
Experience recruiting across corporate, technical, or operations roles
Proficiency with ATS platforms (UKG preferred), Excel, Word, Gmail
