Responsibilities

Lead and mentor an agile development team, managing backlogs, sprint activities, and release workflows using tools like JIRA
Provide hands‑on technical oversight across design, development, testing, support, and planning activities throughout the SDLC
Architect, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using .NET Core, C#, SQL, React, TypeScript, and Azure cloud services
Support multiple development streams by handling new feature development, production processes, and modernization efforts toward SaaS and cloud‑based solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and leadership to contribute to roadmap planning, resource forecasting, and strategic decision‑making
Uphold development standards, drive continuous process improvements, and facilitate the onboarding and integration of new team members

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field
10+ years of experience in full‑stack web application development and SQL development
Extensive hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, REST APIs, Entity Framework, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Microsoft SQL Server
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, Active Directory, and Azure DevOps
