Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, or similar)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into structured learning solutions
Excellent organizational and time management skills in a remote environment
