Responsibilities
Architect and Design: Develop comprehensive architecture and design strategies for enterprise Drupal applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
Development: Lead the development process, from initial requirements gathering to deployment, for advanced Drupal projects. Utilize best practices to create custom modules, themes, and integrations
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers, to align project goals and deliver exceptional solutions
Performance Optimization: Implement performance tuning and optimization techniques to ensure high-performing, reliable applications
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, offering guidance on coding standards, troubleshooting, and debugging
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest Drupal and web development technologies, trends, and best practices. Propose and implement improvements to enhance development processes and project outcomes
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in developing advanced, enterprise-level Drupal web applications
Expertise in Drupal 8+, including custom module development, theming, and API integrations
Proficient in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Strong understanding of Drupal architecture, including entity relationships, custom content types, and multisite setups
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven experience working in collaborative team environments and managing client relationships effectively
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
Experience with front-end build tools and frameworks
Knowledge of web accessibility standards and SEO best practices
Familiarity with Drupal hosting platforms, such as Acquia and Pantheon
Experience with Agile development methodologies
