Responsibilities
Support enterprise software systems (ERP, ECM, CRM, etc.)
Develop, maintain, manage, and modify all software systems, software tools and applications
Design and map data models to shift raw data into meaningful insights
Build automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools
Define specifications for complex software programming applications
Interface with end-users and software consultants
Build multi-dimensional data models
Analyze, develop, and implement testing procedures, programming, and documentation
Analyze, design, and develop modifications and changes to existing systems to enhance performance
Perform detailed analysis on tested and deployed Power BI scripts and data models
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
5+ years' experience working with information technologies and software systems. Experience supporting ERP and related systems for manufacturing
Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database maintenance and administrations
SSRS report writing experience and ability to create functional reporting
Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems
Strong knowledge of MS Office
Background in supporting software systems for manufacturing
Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages (.NET, C#, Visual Basic, etc.)
Excellent analytical skills
Microsoft Power BI, SSRS, SQL Management
Study, analyze and understands business requirements in context to business intelligence
Preferred
Project Management Experience a plus
