Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including physical/virtual servers, networks, storage, telecom systems, and virtualization platforms
Configure, monitor, and support networking equipment—routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, QoS, and wireless access points—to ensure secure and seamless communication
Implement and uphold security measures in collaboration with security teams, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls
Establish, manage, and document data backup, recovery, and continuity procedures to safeguard business operations
Perform system upgrades, routine maintenance, capacity analysis, and SLA monitoring to maintain system reliability and proactively address performance concerns
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues escalated by support teams and configure user systems, operating systems, and hardware as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or related technical roles
Strong hands-on experience with Linux, virtualization platforms, scripting (Bash/Python), and hardware/system troubleshooting
Proven ability to manage and maintain servers, networks, and core IT infrastructure while performing root‑cause analysis and supporting enterprise environments
