Responsibilities
Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and technical requirements
Supporting IT and systems-related projects from planning through implementation
Documenting workflows, processes, and system functionality
Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and technical partners
Analyzing data and preparing reports using Excel and other tools
Assisting with testing, user acceptance, and system rollouts
Serving as a liaison between operations, IT, and external partners
Supporting ongoing process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Approximately 3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related roles
Experience working with IT systems, platforms, or technical projects
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Ability to work onsite in Midtown Manhattan four days per week
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field
