Responsibilities

Assist with strategic water supply planning, including research, data compilation, and data analysis to support resource management decisions
Support conservation outreach including attending water festivals and community presentations
Conduct research and prepare summaries related to water policy, regulatory changes, and industry best practices
Support relationship building efforts by helping prepare materials for meetings with external organizations, agencies, and regulators
Assist with internal reporting, data tracking, and project coordination across the Water Resources team

Required

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree in Environmental Science, Water Resources, Sustainability, Engineering, Public Policy, or related field
Interest in water resources, environmental policy, or utility operations
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn from experienced water resource professionals
Effective communication skills and willingness to collaborate with diverse teams
Basic proficiency in MS Office

If selected for the role, you must successfully complete a background check, drug screening, professional reference check, previous employer verification, and education verification
