They are seeking an energetic, customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Sales Specialist, responsible for educating customers about services and providing assistance in various tasks such as printing and shipping.

Responsibilities
Educate customers about our wide range of services
Become proficient in printing, shipping, packaging, and renting private mailboxes
Provide additional services, including passport photos, faxing, mailing, and internet access
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or service environment
Strong desire to work in a team-oriented atmosphere
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Internet navigation
Customer service/Sales: 1 year (Required)
