Tech Support Analyst-entry level

Provide level 1 technical support to independent sales agents and employees through various communication channels
Assist with password resets, browser troubleshooting, and website support
Set up hardware as needed and serve as a backup print operator during production print tasks
Document problems and resolutions in the ticketing software to ensure efficient tracking and resolution
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share knowledge
Qualification
Required
1 year of experience in a telephone-based technical support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and excellent phone communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Experience with ticketing software for documenting support interactions
Familiarity with hardware setup and troubleshooting
