5+ years expLet's Work LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Programmer with strong expertise in 5‐axis machining. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, programming, and supporting the production of complex parts from blueprint to finished product.

Responsibilities
Create CNC programs for 5‐axis mills, with additional work on 3‐axis and 4‐axis mills as needed
Daily programming using Mastercam (2025 or newer)
Review blueprints and determine machining strategy and sequence of operations
Select appropriate tooling and cutting parameters
Design fixtures for CNC mill operations
Produce setup sheets and documentation for machinists and operators
Update and revise programs as required
Determine material requirements and coordinate with purchasing
Collaborate with CAD, machinists, and management to ensure accurate production
Review new jobs, prioritize workflow, and support continuous improvement
Evaluate returned or nonconforming parts and update documentation as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of Mastercam programming experience (2020 or newer)
Strong background in 5‐axis CNC milling
Hands‐on experience as a CNC mill machinist
Ability to program ferrous metals, non‐ferrous metals, and plastics
Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and tight‐tolerance machining
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset
High attention to detail and strong work ethic
Preferred
Experience with HEM (High‐Efficiency Machining)
Experience with SolidCAM is a plus
Programming experience with CNC lathes
Experience with multi‐pallet machining systems
Fixture design for complex setups
