InternAtria Management Company creates communities where employees thrive, and they are seeking a Business Optimization Intern to provide administrative support to the Business Optimization team. The intern will help create financial and operational reports, perform analysis, and support various functional areas to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities
Prepare financial and operational reports and analysis that help drive community profitability
Build reporting that is both efficient and can scale with Company growth
Determine and implement the best methods and systems for report creation and delivery
Measure the effectiveness and usage of reports and analysis produced
Support the Business Optimization and other functional areas with tools to improve their efficiency
Provide the Business Optimization team with research into variances and operational questions
Complete special projects as assigned
May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a four-year university or college preferred
If currently enrolled in school, must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA (4.0 scale)
Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs
Proficient in basic Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience demonstrating teamwork and critical thinking skills to accomplish tasks
Strong customer service, detail orientation, multi-tasking, organizational and follow-up skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
