Responsibilities

Fulfill customer orders on time through 3PL partners in the US (Phoenix, AZ & Hayward, CA) and Canada (Toronto), monitoring shipments and ensuring on-time delivery
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, customer service) to resolve logistics issues and fulfill customer needs
Report on inventory levels across warehouses

Qualification

Required

2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or order fulfillment
Familiarity with 3PL operations and shipment tracking
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Responsive communicator who can keep multiple stakeholders informed
Customer service mindset — you take ownership of issues until they're resolved
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and inventory management tools
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying aligned with the team

Preferred

Experience with international shipping or freight forwarding
