Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate intricate travel logistics and expense reporting
Independently initiate HR projects and lead the planning and execution of internal events, training workshops, and large onsite meetings
Act as a professional liaison, building positive relationships at all levels of the organization while maintaining strict confidentiality
Conduct research, gather data, and prepare sophisticated summaries, presentations, and reports to support decision-making
Proactively manage follow-up tasks and, when necessary, help direct support staff or resources to ensure departmental goals are achieved
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of experience supporting the HR environment
Expert-level skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to learn new HRIS and other software quickly
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute integrity
Ability to 'read the room' in high-stakes situations
A 'no task too small' mindset combined with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
A self-motivated professional who anticipates needs before they arise and crafts creative, pragmatic solutions
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on superior customer service
