Responsibilities
Conducting research, analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing reports
Determining program requirements and making recommendations
Analyzing programs, policies, procedures, and systems and making recommendations to optimize these
Drafting new or revised policies and procedures
Assisting program managers with the development of budgets and schedules as well as tracking metrics
Identifying and resolving issues and problems
Planning, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of operations and programs
Preparing and presenting reports and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Ability to pass a background check
Strong background in strategic communications
Self-starter who can quickly understand new assignments
Conduct research, analyze data, identify trends, and prepare reports
Determine program requirements and make recommendations
Analyze programs, policies, procedures, and systems and make recommendations to optimize these
Draft new or revised policies and procedures
Assist program managers with the development of budgets and schedules as well as tracking metrics
Identify and resolve issues and problems
Plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of operations and programs
Prepare and present reports and recommendations
Knowledge in how to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs
Use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes
Use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations
Effectively manipulate data to present program status and make recommendations on improving business processes
Experience in creating new methods of gathering and analyzing source data to evaluate program effectiveness and analyze business processes
Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier II Moderate Risk Background Investigation
Legal authorization to work in the U.S
Bachelor's Degree (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)
5 years related experience required
Preferred
Baseline understanding of IT
