Sales and Marketing Manager
Miami Christmas Lights is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead their sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and brand growth. The role involves developing and executing strategies, managing teams, and fostering client relationships to enhance overall sales and marketing performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies that align with company goals to achieve revenue targets and market growth
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales, customer success and marketing teams, including Account Executives (AE), Customer Success (CS), SDRs, Art Directors, graphic artists and other staff, ensuring high performance and professional growth
Provide management support to AEs and CSs to close deals and grow clients
Oversee and drive marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, including campaigns, digital advertising, and partnerships to position MCL as the market leader in premium holiday lighting
Oversee key client relationships, working closely with Customer Success to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth
Monitor sales and marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet and exceed targets
Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, non-seasonal revenue, upselling, and expanding market share while also working with marketing to attract new clients and increase brand presence
Prepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Manage the sales and marketing department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
Work closely with operations and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing
At least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and marketing targets
Proficient in CRM software, digital marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred

Experience in the seasonal products industry
