Talent Acquisition Representative, Onboarding

Responsibilities
Send offer communications and initiate/monitor all pre‑employment requirements, including background checks, employment and education verifications, drug screens, license checks, and I‑9 completion etc
Enter and maintain accurate new‑hire data across systems including iCIMS and Infor
Provide administrative support across onboarding workflows to ensure a seamless, high‑touch new‑hire experience
Assist with additional tasks as needed — including invoice processing, temporary staffing coordination, sourcing, and social media research
Deliver responsive, compassionate, and service‑minded support to candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers — the WakeMed way
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
2 Years Administrative Required, in HR strongly preferred
Preferred
Associate's Degree Or Bachelor's Degree Preferred
2 Years Administrative in Healthcare - Multi-Hospital System With Applicant Tracking System And Human Resources Information Systems Preferred
