Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to support hardware design, architecture, and verification
Program, analyze, debug, and troubleshoot electronic hardware prototypes
Perform board-level analysis and PCBA rework to resolve hardware issues
Build and configure test setups based on defined verification and qualification requirements
Execute product qualification and compliance testing aligned with CE, UL, MRR, and TUV standards
Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and compliance artifacts
Work closely with development teams to understand the full product development lifecycle
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices

Required

Associate's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, or equivalent (with strong electronics and circuit theory background)
Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership

Preferred

5+ years of experience in electronics testing, debugging, and PCBA rework
Hands-on expertise using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debuggers
Experience with surface-mount technology (SMT) rework (soldering, component replacement, trace modifications)
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and PCB layouts
Experience with product certification testing, including EMC testing (IEC 61010 preferred)
Programming experience with Python and/or C++, particularly for automated testing
Experience working in a scaled Agile environment
Growth mindset with enthusiasm for learning, mentoring, and expanding technical ownership
