Responsibilities
Oversee the successful delivery of contract requirements, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and performance objectives
Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for the customer
Oversee the procurement of resources and materials, ensuring they meet project specifications and are delivered on time
Ensure day-to-day operations meet contract goals and expectations
Ensure all program activities comply with contract terms, applicable regulations (FAR/DFARS), and organizational policies
Maintain accurate and timely program documentation and reporting, including deliverables, invoicing, and status reports
Manage contract modifications, task orders, and funding obligations in coordination with contracts and finance teams
Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks and prepare contingency plans for potential problems
Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and cost controls
Support pricing strategies and financial tracking in collaboration with finance teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field; Master's preferred
5–10+ years of experience in project/program management, FMF experience a plus
Proven experience managing FMF and federal contracts (e.g., DoD, DHS, VA, HHS, etc.)
Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M), and compliance requirements
Candidates must document US citizenship as required to obtain Secret clearance
Preferred
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field
PMP, PgMP, or DAWIA certification preferred
