Responsibilities
Review and revise customer and supplier contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and other types of related agreements
Update company policies and procedures and provide guidance regarding the same
Research and respond to legal questions from various business lines
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. Person; SAP NS2 does not offer Visa sponsorships for this role
Capable of working independently while managing competing priorities and keeping management fully informed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must based in the Washington DC Metro area
Hybrid work schedule, with attendance in the Herndon, VA office three days per week (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday) and remotely two days per week (Monday/Friday)
Rising 2L or 3L law student
Bachelor's degree
