Akkodis is seeking a QA Project Manager for a contract with a client in San Francisco, CA/San Ramon, CA. The role involves leading stakeholder outreach, managing project plans, KPIs, and vendor coordination to enhance QA processes and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder outreach, discovery sessions, and documentation efforts to identify current QA processes, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Implement Agile project management activities including sprint planning, retrospectives, and iterative status reporting to maintain delivery momentum
Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, KPIs, and governance frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational QA objectives
Partner with leadership to define success criteria, communication plans, and cross‑team collaboration structures for QA initiatives
Oversee vendor evaluation, selection, onboarding, and coordination for QA service providers
Ensure proper documentation management, knowledge capture, version control, and removal of roadblocks to support smooth execution across Agile cycles

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
7–10+ years of experience in project or program management within technology environments, with strong exposure to QA and Agile practices
Proven experience managing QA initiatives, Agile/Scrum processes, and vendor coordination as required by the client
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with the ability to lead complex, multi‑team QA programs per client expectations
