Responsibilities
Manage $500MM budget across multiple cost categories
Develop forecasting models and partner with business teams to evaluate financial trade-offs balancing operational efficiency with strategic growth investments
Take on ambiguous challenges and develop frameworks with KPIs to measure success
Synthesize complex data into actionable insights for business partner teams
Lead automation efforts of critical processes; and
Lead monthly/quarterly/annual planning and forecasting cycles
Qualification
Required
3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
Preferred
4+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
CPA
Knowledge of Tableau
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
