Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in all stages of personal injury litigation from filing through trial
Draft, organize, and electronically file pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
Manage case calendars, court deadlines, and hearing/trial dates
Coordinate depositions, mediations, and expert appointments
Maintain and update case files, medical records, and litigation documents
Conduct legal fact research and assist with case development
Communicate with clients, providers, experts, and court personnel as needed
Support trial preparation, including exhibit organization and document management
Qualification
Required
2+ years of personal injury litigation experience as a Paralegal
Strong knowledge of California court procedures, filing requirements, and deadlines
Experience handling discovery, medical records, and litigation documentation
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work overtime as needed to support trial schedules
