Responsibilities
Provide end-user support
Manage inventory and procurement
Ship/receive IT equipment and ensure proper packing
Work independently and with all levels of end users and management
Communicate effectively with end users, vendors, and shipping department
Monitor, update, and maintain tickets in ticketing systems
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3+ years of experience managing inventory and procurement
Experienced in shipping/receiving, proper packing for IT equipment
Ability to work in a fast-changing, dynamic, and agile environment, including the ability to manage time and maintain an excellent work ethic
Ability to work independently and work with all levels of end users and management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with end users, vendors, and shipping department to ship out /receive hardware between remote offices
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organization and categorization skills
Ability to use and maintain inventory and system tracking software
Experience working with ticketing systems, to monitor, update and maintain tickets timely
