Responsibilities
Acts in a consultative manner to insure effective provision and analysis of departmental issues
Collaborates with management and department leaders to prepare and assemble the Network’s operating budgets
Prepares 'divisional' budgets which include but are not limited to Depreciation, Fringe Benefits, Insurance, Third Party Allowances, Bad Debt, Charity Care, Interest Expense, and Investment Income
Reviews and analyzes monthly comparative departmental budget reports by comparing actuals to budget, using standards of measurement developed to evaluate performance. Coordinates with managers to explain variances
Prepares written and oral presentations of financial results in both written and graphical formats
Develops and reviews monthly flex budget results
Maintains and analyzes rolling forecast for system
Assists departmental leadership to identify opportunities for improvement in order to reach financial goals of the organization
Produces monthly statistical report and KPIs
Creates, develops, prepares, and analyzes financial, operational, and quality reports

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field from an accredited college or university
4 plus years of work experience performing a broad range of planning and analysis activities related to financial reports, budgeting, and strategic planning
Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field from an accredited college or university
2 plus years of work experience performing a broad range of planning and analysis activities related to financial reports, budgeting, and strategic planning
Preferred
Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited college or university
Certified Professional Accountant (CPA)
