Lead the testing effort and team to plan, construct, and execute release tests
Apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics for test execution and defect resolution
Utilize business and functional knowledge to meet overall test objectives
Coach and advise testers to ensure high-quality delivery and team performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing goals and objectives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in testing methodologies and processes, with a focus on Oracle Cloud Supply Planning
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
Preferred
Experience in defining and implementing metrics to assess testing processes
