Responsibilities
Drive the creation and amplification of the Jordan Sub-Labels and Brand partnerships vision and strategy through apparel
Challenge outdated rules, the status quo, and traditional thinking to accelerate distinction within the energy industry
Grow and establish the Brand in relevant subcultures through sub-labels, partnerships, and moments
Research consumer, competition, and marketplace and manage product creation workflow and data
Maintain product tools and effectively collaborate across functional partners
Ensure alignment and drive the offense across product creation, marketplace, and marketing as part of the go-to-market process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, or will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
A minimum of 8 years experience in product creation
Influencing skills. Ability to drive vision and strategy across functions while respecting the balance of competing interests
Proven experience translating a apparel vision into a multi-year line plan
Demonstrated line planning skills to meet financial and critical metric goals
Demonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to motivate and mentor others
Innovative in thought with a proven track record of applying vision to drive concepts to new space
Curiosity. Possess a strong desire to learn about new consumers, ideas, and opportunities
Proven ability to capture consumer insights and translate them into compelling product solutions
Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Attention to detail and deadlines
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including internationally
