Responsibilities
Work closely with Process Innovation Engineers, Managers, and Directors to support projects that improve proprietary products and processes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and help plan and execute production and development trials
Source and obtain vendor quotes for new equipment and components
Assist in evaluating and determining product costs for new and modified processes
Design and build models and prototypes for customer and internal use
Support cost-reduction, safety improvement, and productivity enhancement initiatives
Assist with the modification of new or existing production tooling to ensure functionality and quality
Help develop and support quality assurance testing programs for customer and proprietary projects
Organize and analyze test data, and prepare professional presentations, reports, and project summaries
Uphold and promote all company safety, environmental, and health requirements
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (sophomore, junior, or senior preferred)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A self-motivated, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute
Interest in manufacturing processes, innovation, and continuous improvement
