Required

Exceptional Customer Service experience to address the needs and concerns of new students and their families, ensuring a positive orientation experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field; a master's degree is a plus
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and establish collaborative relationships
Preferred
Relevant experience in higher education or student programming
