Responsibilities

Lead video production and post-production efforts for Corporate Marketing

Serve as the organization’s subject matter expert on video standards, quality, and best practices

Support both corporate video initiatives and regional marketing teams, ensuring consistent brand execution across all video content

Enable regional teams to capture and produce quality content

Establish video production standards that align with ADB’s brand identity

Collaborate with senior leadership, including executives and board members

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film/Video Production, or related field

3-5+ years video production and post-production experience

Proficiency in Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, and related editing tools

Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability and brand-aligned work

Experience developing production standards, style guides, and vendor guidelines

Ability to consult with and enable non-video professionals on production decisions

Comfortable working directly with senior leadership, executives, and board members

Self-directed with ability to own projects end-to-end, providing recommendations and creative direction with minimal oversight

Proactive mindset - identifies content opportunities and proposes creative solutions rather than waiting for direction

Preferred

AEC, engineering, or construction industry experience

Experience working with distributed teams across multiple locations

Familiarity with podcast production and audio editing
