Developing process optimization strategies

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify areas for operational improvement
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in workflow analysis and process optimization
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, AutoCAD, or similar systems
Familiarity with quality control methods, performance measurement, and efficiency improvement techniques
Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics operations, and warehouse systems
Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with diverse departments
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
Preferred
Previous experience in a warehousing or logistics environment is preferred
