Qualification
Required
Graduation from a certified CAD training program, AA degree from two-year college CAD program, or undergraduate bachelor's degree
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
5+ years of AEC Revit / BIM experience
Preferred
Proficient in coordinating CAD/BIM deliverables across multiple engineering disciplines; experience with MEP and Fire Protection systems preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and fire alarm systems
Experience serving as a BIM lead for architectural/engineering projects
Autodesk Certification preferred
