Director, Brand Partnership Strategy, Program Integration

Responsibilities
Lead integration of partnership elements and opportunities across enterprise teams
Serve as GTM and Product integration lead, ensuring partnerships ladder into product roadmaps and marketing plans
Own membership program integration, embedding partnership assets into the broader membership ecosystem
Primary point of contact and lead for all Brand Partnership related reporting and dashboard creation
Lead enterprise event strategy tied to partnerships, including large‑scale activations and industry events (CES, SXSW, SBJ)
Oversee contract alignment across the portfolio to ensure consistency in partner approach, rights usage, and strategic value
Direct the strategic development and content of the Annual Partner Summit, collaborating with internal leadership and external partners
Partner with the Director of Portfolio Strategy (Director #1) to ensure integration needs and portfolio direction remain aligned
Support the integration of media partnership strategy within the broader partnership ecosystem
Oversee strategy for Philadelphia partners and local integrations within the national framework
Collaborate closely with analytics teams to ensure enterprise reporting reflects integration performance and impact
Provide leadership guidance for Sr. Managers and Managers, fostering cross‑functional collaboration behaviors
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
10 Years + relevant work experience
Exceptional cross‑functional leadership; able to influence multiple senior stakeholders
Strong operational and strategic integration capability
Ability to lead multiple concurrent enterprise‑wide workstreams
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Strong sense of organization, prioritization, and follow‑through
Ability to travel as needed
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
