Responsibilities
Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures
Experience in aviation regulatory compliance
7+ years’ experience leading software quality assurance activities from inception of project to delivery to support DO-178C certification, and DO-330, DO-331, DO-332
7+ years' experience auditing design activities and perform process assurance activities to ensure lifecycle processes comply with approved plans and standards (ARP-4754)
5+ years' experience monitoring test execution
5+ years' experience performing conformity reviews
5+ years' experience participating FAA audits and change control boards
Strong command of product development lifecycle processes
Demonstrated Experience with PLM, JAMA, and other common tools
Qualification
Required
Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures
Experience in aviation regulatory compliance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years' experience leading software quality assurance activities from inception of project to delivery to support DO-178C certification, and DO-330, DO-331, DO-332
7+ years' experience auditing design activities and perform process assurance activities to ensure lifecycle processes comply with approved plans and standards (ARP-4754)
5+ years' experience monitoring test execution
5+ years' experience performing conformity reviews
5+ years' experience participating FAA audits and change control boards
Strong command of product development lifecycle processes

Preferred
Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production
Experience with the project management of technical projects
10+ years' experience with DQA activities in DO-178 Compliance and Auditing
5+ years' experience with DO-254 and DO-278 Compliance and Auditing
Demonstrated Experience with (FAA) 14 CFR 21.137 requirements
