Responsibilities
Manage construction of multiple homes from site preparation to closing while ensuring quality control and adherence to schedules
Communicate with vendors, trade partners, and subcontractors to confirm schedules, validate work, and resolve issues
Maintain a safe and organized work site, enforcing safety policies and adhering to OSHA regulations
Oversee project compliance with plans, specifications, industry standards, and codes, and manage material orders and inspections
Foster positive relationships with homeowners, team members, and trade partners, handling customer service and warranty requests
Prepare and manage punch lists, warranty work orders, and ensure tasks are completed to satisfaction
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Minimum of 2 years of residential construction and customer service experience
Strong customer services skills, problem solving and organizational time management skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication; demonstrated ability to collaborate and manage relationships
Preferred
bachelor's degree in related field
