Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic assemblies, RF matching networks, and RF generators to component level
Perform functional testing and calibration of RF equipment using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and other diagnostic tools
Maintain accurate records of repairs, test results, and calibration data in compliance with company standards
Ensure all repaired units meet performance specifications and safety standards
Provide technical assistance to production teams and collaborate with engineering on design improvements
Track and manage spare parts and tools required for bench repairs
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in electronics repair and RF systems
Hands-on experience with RF matching networks and RF generators
Hands-on experience with all aspects of electronic circuits and components repair
Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals
Strong troubleshooting and soldering skills
Familiarity with RF principles, impedance matching, and power delivery systems
Tools Knowledge: Oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and other RF diagnostic equipment
Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills
Preferred
Semiconductor or plasma equipment experience
Knowledge of vacuum systems and high-voltage electronics
