Desktop Support Engineer

Responsibilities
Provide first level technical support for all end users
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and voice/data communication issues
Accurately document issues and resolutions by writing clear, concise support tickets
Escalate incidents when appropriate and follow through to resolution
Monitor and follow up on open tickets to ensure timely closure
Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction
Qualification
Required
Experience using ticketing systems and writing technical support documentation
Strong computer proficiency with hardware and software technologies
Prior experience in customer service, call center, help desk, or technical support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure
Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
Strong problem solving mindset with a customer first approach
