Responsibilities
Managing daily operational and administrative tasks to support a high-volume real estate business
Maintaining systems, checklists, and workflows to ensure consistency and follow-through
Supporting marketing and branding initiatives, including coordination, execution, and organization of assets
Managing client communications, documentation, and internal office systems with professionalism and discretion
Tracking deadlines, tasks, and priorities to ensure nothing is missed
Monitoring workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, or breakdowns and proactively suggesting improvements
Executing projects independently once direction is given, without requiring daily oversight or reminders
Adapting quickly when priorities shift due to client needs, contracts, or market timelines
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Real Estate Assistant, or similar role
Demonstrated ability to think critically about workflows and suggest improvements — not just follow instructions
Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to remain calm, flexible, and solution-oriented when priorities shift
Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and stay productive without constant supervision
Strong ownership mindset — you see tasks through to completion and follow up proactively
Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
High attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability
Discretion, reliability, and professionalism at all times
Preferred
Experience with real estate platforms such as MLS, Dotloop, Command CRM, or similar tools preferred
Local knowledge of the Alpharetta / North Atlanta real estate market is a plus
