Supply Chain Solutions Manager

Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to a team of senior experts, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting the professional growth of future leaders within the organization
Act as the primary product owner for SAP ECC MM/PM and S/4 modules, ensuring platform capabilities are maximized to deliver measurable business value
Manage the lifecycle of the platform developing and executing a roadmap that aligns with business requirements, supporting long-term strategy
Ensure supply chain platform consistently delivers value by engaging stakeholders and business leaders
Lead team that includes Subject Matter Experts and Super Users, providing guidance on system configuration and local adaptations, best practice standards, training and troubleshooting
Track usability metrics globally and ensure off-system exceptions generating value leakage are addressed
Ensure standardization and global distribution of system configuration improvements
Collaborate with IT to ensure business requirements are addressed with optimal design
Lead Project Managers and SMEs in system enhancements, upgrades or expansions through the projects
Own and execute change management plans to promote user adoption and ensure smooth transitions during system updates or process changes
Oversee the development and deployment of advanced training programs and resources, ensuring readiness for new technologies and processes
Work closely with Supply Chain Leadership and stakeholders to update on changes and ensure proper prioritization of system enhancements
Serve as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain Leadership, providing regular executive-level updates on platform performance, risk mitigation, and strategic opportunities
Leverage Lean, Agile and other methodologies to lead projects related to:
Strategic initiatives that leverage the system or functional processes for broader business objectives
System upgrades, expansions, and new implementations to enhance functionality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of experience supporting and enabling supply chain systems or a related role with exposure to system configuration and optimization
Experience leading a supply chain team or overseeing subject matter experts or super users
Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional projects and working with multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with change management principles, especially in technology or system adoption
Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business-friendly terms
Demonstrated expertise as a product owner or program leader for SAP ECC MM/PM or S/4 HANA
Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Experience developing and executing talent strategies to build organizational capability and succession pipelines
Preferred
Certifications in APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or similar certifications
Certifications in SAP Procurement, Production Planning & Manufacturing: ECC: C_TSCM52_67 (MM), C_TSCM42_67 (PP); S/4HANA: C_TS452 (MM), C_TS422 (PP)
Experience with Lean, Agile, or similar methodologies
Familiarity with SQL, data management, or analytics tools for reporting and insights
Experience coordinating with IT on system design to ensure alignment with business needs and technical capabilities
