Responsibilities
Maintain and update standard pricing assumptions, cost inputs, and foundational data used in pricing models
Assist in evaluating pricing strategies through performance metrics, ROI analysis, and competitive insights
Support the building and enhancement of pricing models that analyze margins and profitability
Help prepare client-specific pricing proposals in collaboration with senior team members
Develop and maintain reports that track pricing performance, business metrics, and sales activities
Contribute to maintaining an accurate new-business pipeline model
Perform basic margin and pricing reviews to ensure alignment with internal guidelines
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business development and margin-improvement initiatives
Analyze trends in costs, customer activity, and product categories, identifying areas of opportunity
Summarize findings and communicate insights in a clear and structured way
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other key teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1 – 3 years of experience in analytics, finance, business operations, or a related area
Advanced Excel proficiency required (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning, basic modeling)
Familiarity with or interest in learning SQL, Python, and Tableau
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings clearly
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities
Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new tools, systems, and industry concepts
A genuine passion for analytics and solving business problems
Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and working with data
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a mindset focused on continuous improvement
