VP Business Development

Fullsight is a shared services group working across three affiliate organizations, and they are seeking a Vice President of Business Development to lead their business development strategy. This role focuses on driving growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships through strategic planning and market expansion.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with PRI's mission, vision, and growth objectives
Identify and evaluate potential markets, industries, and partnerships to expand PRI’s reach, and execute strategies to capture new business opportunities
Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients and partners, and build new relationships to foster long-term partnerships
Drive revenue through the development of innovative programs, services, and partnerships, while ensuring they meet customer needs and align with industry standards
Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Development team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement
Work cross-functionally with other departments, including Operations, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure alignment in business objectives and support company initiatives
Enhance PRI’s brand by representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings, while promoting PRI's commitment to quality and excellence
Oversee business development budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance, ensuring projects are cost-effective and align with financial goals
Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress towards goals, and key performance indicators to executive leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field required
15+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies in complex industries (e.g., aerospace, automotive, manufacturing)
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate ideas into actionable initiatives
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams
Experience with budget management, financial planning, and achieving revenue goals
Familiarity with industry standards and quality frameworks, preferably with experience in accreditation or certification organizations

Preferred

A Master's degree or MBA is strongly preferred
