Selection of finishes and fixtures
Development of architectural and millwork details
Coordination of trades including MEP and lighting
Qualification
Required
5 or more years professional experience in an architectural or interior design studio
Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Experience working on multiple interiors projects: high-end, multi-family residential and/or hospitality experience preferred
Knowledge of interiors-related building codes and standards; sustainability and health and wellness standards a plus
Strong leadership, management and mentorship skills
Exceptional communication skills and professionalism in dealing with a diverse clients, consultants, and vendors
Self-motivated, energetic, and organized
Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Suite required; SketchUp and AutoCad a plus
Preferred
Experience working on multiple interiors projects: high-end, multi-family residential and/or hospitality experience preferred
Knowledge of interiors-related building codes and standards; sustainability and health and wellness standards a plus
Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCad a plus
